1. Introduction
RelayBill Infrastructure Corp ("RelayBill", "we", "us", or "our") operates the RelayBill protocol and platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our API settlement layer and related services. By using RelayBill, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information Collection
A. Provisioned Data
When you create an account, we collect your email address via GitHub OAuth or Magic Link. If you are a merchant, we collect business information required by Stripe Connect to facilitate global payouts.
B. Protocol Metadata
As an API relay, we process request metadata including IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, and response codes. Request and response bodies are processed in-memory for settlement but are not stored long-term unless you explicitly enable logging.
C. Analytics
We collect diagnostic information about how you interact with our dashboard to improve platform performance and edge-network latency.
3. Data Usage
- To provide the RelayBill Protocol and settlement services.
- To facilitate merchant payouts through Stripe Connect.
- To send automated low-balance and security notifications.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent protocol activity.
4. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers only as necessary to maintain the protocol:

5. Retention & Security
We retain account data as long as your profile remains active. Protocol logs used for billing are retained for 90 days to handle disputes and then anonymized. We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
