Terms of
service.
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the RelayBill Protocol, dashboard, or API infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of Service
RelayBill provides a high-performance API settlement layer. We act as a globally distributed proxy that authenticates requests, enforces rate limits, and facilitates real-time billing between API providers ("Merchants") and their users ("Customers").
3. Economics
Platform Fee
RelayBill charges a flat 10% platform fee on all transaction volume processed through the Service. This fee is automatically deducted at the time of settlement.
Stripe Connect
Merchants must maintain a valid Stripe Connect account to receive payouts. Payouts are subject to Stripe's own terms and processing times. RelayBill is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal activities or promotion of illegal acts.
- No hosting or distributing malicious payloads or malware.
- No attempts to circumvent billing or security protocols.
- No unauthorized data scraping or DDoS-as-a-Service activities.
5. Intellectual Property
RelayBill retains all rights, title, and interest in the RelayBill Protocol and its brand. You retain all rights to the code and data on your origin servers. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to proxy your traffic as necessary.
6. Liability & Indemnity
RelayBill is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayBill shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from origin downtime or network latency. You agree to indemnify RelayBill from claims arising out of your content or data.
Termination & Law
We reserve the right to suspend access for suspected fraud. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
